3. 3 rd Intermediate Period, 1075 – 656 BC. A small wooden facial portion of a sarcophagus. Trimmed at the headdress and some black pigment remains around the eyes. Nice facial details. 4” x 3 7/8”. $300 Image
4. Late Period, 664 – 343 BC. A wooden facial portion of a sarcophagus comprised of three panels fitted together. Facial features a bit exaggerated, but nicely colored and well preserved. Measures 10” x 9” and beautifully mounted on a custom base. $650 Image
5. Late Period, 664 – 323 BC. A nice facial portion of a sarcophagus composed of hardened mud-gesso impregnated with bits of wood. The facial features are handsomely painted in black line of an ochre ground. In perfect condition with full paint remaining and no restoration. Dim: 8 ¾” x 11”. This type of mask composition is a direct result of the severe lack of good wood during the later dynasties. $750 Image
6. Late Period, 664 – 343 BC. A nice wooden facial portion of a sarcophagus, with nice facial features and part of the headdress. The eye retain the white and black pigmentation. Very nice facial features. Some minor losses, but nicely mounted on a stand. 10”. $500 Image

Of provincial manufacture, the piece is well modeled and possesses very complete pigmentation, which includes facial details, jewelry and genitalia over a golden yellow ground. H: 11 ¾”. 11. Late Period, 664 – 30 BC. A wooden leg from a funerary bier in the form of a stylized forepart of a lion. The two front legs are rendered side-by-side with the face and mane detailed in pigment. Colors include brick red, black and white over an ochre ground. H: 20”. On custom stand. $500 Image

13. Late Period, 26 th Dynasty, 664 – 525 BC. A nice bronze statue of Isis seated suckling the infant Horus, who she holds in her lap. She wear a solar disc and horns. Some minor roughness, but with very well rendered features and nice brown patination with green patches. Intact save for some restoration to the horns. H: 4 ¾” on base. $1850 Image
14. Late Period, 664 – 343 BC. A bronze eye and brow from a sarcophagus with original limestone inlay. Very attractive and nicely mounted on a stand. W: 2 ¼”. $650 Image
15. Late Period, 664 – 323 BC. A large feather from an Atef-crown of Osiris, curved ram horn at bottom. Two tangs would have mounted it to the central crown. Nice brownish-red and green patina. Repaired at mid-section. L: 9 ¼”. $250 Image
Ushabtis
16. New Kingdom, 18 th Dynasty, 1539 – 1292 BC. A molded terracotta ushabti with remains of paint, which replicates the style of mummies of the period. Some wear and repaired at midsection. H: 7 ½”. $150 Image
17. Egypt, New Kingdom, Late 18 th – 19 th Dynasty, c.1353 - 1200 BC. Levante area. A terra cotta ushabti, feet missing on custom stand. H: 7.5". Similar to types found in Israel and Beth Shean. $300 Image
18. Late New Kingdom, c.1400 – 1100 BC. A molded terracotta ushabti with white slip. Intact and a nice example of the type. L: 7”. $250 Image
19. Late New Kingdom, c.1400 – 1100 BC. A nicely molded terracotta ushabti, no pigmentation. Handsome features and a good example. H: 6 ¾”. $175 Image
20. New Kingdom, 19 th – 20 th Dynasty, 1292 – 1075 BC. A lot of 3 hand modeled terracotta ushabtis with western Anatolian influences. Simple style, but bald-headed, lacking the typical headdress types characterizing the ushabti figurine. Arms depicted crossed over breast and pick and hoe detailed in either red pigment on incised into the surface. One is completely intact, one has some age cracks and the last has a repaired head. Heights from 5 ½” & 7 ¾”. Interesting examples of this under appreciated type of ushabti. $300/3 Image
21. 3 rd Intermediate Period, 21 st Dynasty, 1075 – 945 BC. A light blue faience ushabti. Feature well modeled with black shesh headband and crisply applied text down front. H: 3 ¼”. A very handsome example. $300 Image

Egypt Various
32. New Kingdom, 1570 – 1075 BC. A limestone sculpture of a seated male with huge engorged phallus extended over his shoulder and around his head. Some abraision and losses, but a nice piece. Some slight traces of pigmentation in the recesses. H: 4”. On stand. $300 Image
33. 2 nd Intermediate period, 1750 – 1570 BC. A lot of 3 terracotta heads from fertility figures. Each is nicely modeled with the characteristic bird-like features. Each is about 1 ¼” in height. $150/3 Image
34. Late Period, 664 – 30 BC. Lot of 3 cartonnage images of three of the four sons of Horus, human-headed Imsety, who protected the liver; jackal-headed Duamatef, who protected the stomach and falcon-headed Qebehsenuef, who protected the intestines. All are attractive, with Duamatef missing his feet. Originally these piece were part of a cartonnage covering on a Ptolemaic mummy. H: 7”, 6 ½” & 8 ¼” respectively. $475 Image

Coptic Textiles
48. A lot of 2 rectangular linen panels in dark brown and tan, 3 rd – 4 th century. One depicts a racing hare within a frame and the second consists of two registers, one with a hare and the second a standing female figure. Dimensions are 5 ¼” x 3 1/8” & 8 ½” x 3”. 49. A lot of 2 linen textiles in dark brown and tan, 3 rd – 4 th century. The first is a long rectangular panel depicting a nice floral motif within a thick frame bordered by a wave pattern. The second consist of a similar design within two bars. Dimensions are 9 ¼” x 2 5/8” & 6 ½” x 3”. $250/2 Image
50. A lot of 2 nice linen square panels, 4 th – 5 th century. The first depicts a male figure holding an uncertain object within a floral motif. The background is a bright red with additions in green, yellow, black and orange. The second panel depicts a reclining hare within alternating squares of brown and tan. Dimensions are 3 ¼” x 3 ¼” & 4” x 3 ½”. The first with some minor losses, but a scarcer motif. $325/2 Image
51. A lot of 2 attractive textile fragments, 4 th – 6 th century. The first, of brown and tan linen, is finely detailed with the midsection of Herakles standing with a lion’s skin. He is within a very attractive border motif. The second is of wool and linen, with green, red, yellow and orange over a blue ground. It depicts a geometric design and is almost Peruvian in style, but definitely from Roman Egypt. Dimensions are 5 ¼ x 3” & 8” x 1 5/8”. $250/2 Image

56. Egypt, New Kingdom, time of Thutmose III or later, c.1479 – 1425 BC. A carved steatite scarab with a cartouche of the Pharaoh Thutmose III between two feathers of Maat. The scarab is nicely set in a 14k bezel. Attractive and wearable. $250 Image
57. Babylon, 311 – 280 BC. A silver tetradrachm set in a 14k gold bezel. Coin depicts the god Baal seated lt. on the obverse and a lion standing lt. on the reverse. Coin grades good VF with original dark hoard patina. A very nice, wearable piece. $350 Image

62. Hellenistic, c.3 rd – 2 nd Century BC. A billon ring with a large bezel depicting an incised female head facing lt., within floral scrollwork. The ring is composed of the original ancient bezel and part shank and repaired by adding a new shank and support, making the ring wearable once again. Ring size 9 ½ and attractive. $350 Image
63. Hellenistic, c.3 rd – 1 st Century BC. A deep orange carnelian intaglio depicting the draped bust of a woman, wearing a diadem, her hair down her neck in long curls. China, Tang-Song Dynasty. C. 618 – 1279 AD. A choice horse portrait in green nephrite jade with Chinese character letters inscribed on both sides on the bust. The piece has an intriguing, almost laughing expression, not uncommon in Tang horse Chinese representations. H: 8” with plenty of ancient deposits and interesting patina is evidenced. A very attractive and substantial piece with much eye appeal. $900
